Ukrainian media report that the Russian Federation is preparing a deliberate provocation to justify the entry of Belarusian troops into the territory of Ukraine.
“According to the available intelligence data, there are about 300 Belarusian tanks near the Belarusian-Ukrainian border. The convoy has not yet crossed the border and is waiting on the route Pinsk – Ivanovo – Dragichin (about 30 km from the state border of Ukraine). Russia is expected to be planning a deliberate provocation to justify the planned attack by Belarusian troops,” the statement said.
Let us remind you that Vitaly Kirillov, a representative of the regional department of the Sever Terrorist Defense Forces, confirmed earlier that the Belarusian troops had entered the Chernihiv region.
At the same time, NSDC Secretary Aleksey Danilov said that Ukraine could strike at facilities in Belarus in response to the invasion of Belarusian troops, but only by order of the commander-in-chief.
